Directtv sat. is choppy on foxsports while watching live sports

For the last few months while watching live sports it delays for 2 to 4 seconds almost every minute, very hard to watch.

On Sunday the 27th during the Bears/Jets game I timed the number of seconds before the broadcast hung...21 sec,32 sec,7,21,38,8 and so on for the entire game commercials are fine.

The during the LA/KC game later on the same thing, 8 sec,31 sec,11,10,15,8,28 and so on it will hang for 4 seconds and that is half of a football play.

I have powered down all the equipment a few times and no help, we were over at another directv customers house 2 weeks ago

in our same area in Northern WI, and he has the same problem, the weather was fine and all other channels are fine...Help
