Do loop, getting an update

When I try to use my direct tv so on my iPad, I am directed to get an update in the ap store. The ap store feels I have received all of the updates. Do I really have to uninstall and reinstall to make this work.

Oh man, in a short answer, yes. Whatever is going with the app store, it is preventing the update. If you have any other issues, check out our App Troubleshooting Hub. It has fixes and steps you can take to resolve most app issues.
