Download for offline viewing
I am trying to download part of my DVR for off-line viewing. Just used to be very easy and now I cannot figure it out since the app has changed. Can someone walk me through this? What am I missing here?

The new app doesn't yet support that capability. Did you keep the old App on your phone/tablet?
