Error message 100

I am trying to use DIRECTV app on my iPad without success in accessing all of our local channels. Do not tell me to clear my cache or my history because that has been done or to uninstall and reinstall because we’ve done that five times without success. It was working and then it just stopped working for three or four of the local channels.

Hi @Benay, you've got our attention.

 

Follow the steps below to help fix this

 

-Go to your receiver settings and manually connect it to the internet network with the Network name and Network password

-Check the connection was re-established and verified

-Go to your iPad and check Settings > Receiver settings and there should be your iPad registered as a new device

David / I really appreciate the response but that did not work.  I do not know what to try now - I have looked through the forum for other suggested solutions but none have worked. 

what I don’t understand is why wouldn’t get the other channels but not the local NBC channel. is there something special about NBC that you know of? 

right now I have download the NBC app and my mother is watching it on there but that’s ridiculous that you have to have two apps instead of being able to get everything on DIRECTV.
