*Feee on demand movies with the cinema box ? There aren’t any what a joke on us !

I certainly understand that you do not want to pay any more for onDemand content that you were told would be free. I have confirmed that we do not include any hidden charges for onDemand movies, so I would be happy to clarify what you may be seeing.
The selection of free onDemand movies you have access to depend on your package. In most cases, if you have subscribed to a channel, you will have access to their onDemand offerings. Generally, the only reason you would be charged to view free onDemand offerings. In order to watch any onDemand content, free or paid, you need to have a compatible receiver, an internet connection that is going to that receiver and is at least 2mbps, and have advanced receiver functionality active on your account. If any of these are not active, then you will be prompted to fix the situation. Please review the prompts that your receiver is displaying when attempting to access your free OnDemand movies to find out why it is not currently available. Thank you very much.

Movies from channels included in your subscription package are free. Movies from channels not part of your package are not free. Just because there's nothing under the "Free Movies" doesn't mean there aren't any free movies. That's just a menu issue.
