Fox News and Fox Business Apps on Roku just stopped working...

I am a DTVN subscriber that has been using the FNC and FBN apps on Roku for months.  All authenticated with my DTVN login information.  Then, all of a sudden, once getting into the apps, the remote control was unresponsive.  I tried the Roku app on my IPhone and the same thing...could get into the app, but no way to manuever around.  The screen was just frozen.  I have tried deleting and reinstalling the respective apps....did not solve the problem.  I am a DTVN subscriber with these channels on my plan and they should work.  I have a similar problem with the FX app.  The screen does NOT freeze, but I am denied access to movies.  Again, FX is on my DTVN plan.

Are you able to access Fox news and Fox business through ATT TV Now?

 

When signing us your credentials are using ATT TV Now credentials?

Thanks, Lafayette.  No, I am not a ATT Now subscriber.  We have a regular Direct TV satellite plan with a certain number of stations, of which Fox News and Fox Business are included.  As I said, these apps on Roku worked fine for several weeks.  I was logged in on them with my DirectTV password.  Then they just become unresponsive, with the remote not working.
