Having issue with idp.dtvce.com Authentication for Directv
Anyone else having this issue?
I'm trying to authenticate a channel on my Roku. I get to the page where I select my TV Service Provider and Select Directv. Once it leaves it redirects you to idp.dtvce.com as the authentication.
When I login with my CORRECT AT&T Access code and Password, it keeps saying - "You'll now manage your service with an AT&T Access ID. Click here to finish setting up your new Access ID, then come back and log in with that ID and password."
Anyone else having this issue? It's been happening for over a week. Weirdly, the channels on my Roku where I'm already signed in are fine and I haven't had to re-sign in to them. It's signing in with new channels that is having the issues.
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED! I've spoken to Tech at Directv and Roku. Spoken to over 10 people at Directv and none of them know anything when it comes to this. They don't even know what an Roku is for the most part!
