Help! My tv says no servers were detected, check network connection.

My tv says no servers were detected, check network connection. We are new to this service. Can’t  figure anything out

First thing to try is resetting all of your boxes using the red reset buttons. If that doesn't, post back with more info ....

 

DVR/Receiver model numbers?
When did the problem start?

When was your equipment installed?

Thanks so much, that worked! I have another question. Is there a way to make the menu guide only show channels we are subscribed to?

You can change the channel guide "filter" to show "Channels I Get". But that's not perfect and will still display some non-subscribed channels. You can also set up custom channel filters to show just the channels you want to see.
