How can I get all the movie pay per channels and PPV channels off my guide

Setup a custom favorites list and leave unchecked any channel you do not want to see (or don't receive in your current package).
Info > Favorites and then you can choose which list to select or setup for the 1st time.
Note this will just hide the options. If you want to lock them out from other users you will need to setup parental controls.
