How to syn iPhone and genie2 it gives me code 100 saying no dvr found on your network

@watkinscm We're here to help you access the Mobile DVR functionality of your DIRECTV service. Follow these steps to register your device:
1. Make sure your iPhone and Genie receiver are connected to the same home Wi-Fi network.
2. Restart your receiver by pressing the red reset button.
3. Uninstall the DIRECTV app.
4. Go to iTunes App Store, and download DIRECTV App.
5. Sign into the app with
https://direc.tv/2YQ1ntm username and password.
6. Tap the three lines at the top left (hamburger menu).
7. Select Playlist.
8. Select My Downloads.
9. Select Register your iPhone/iPad/Phone/Tablet.
10. Edit the Device name as desired.
11. Select Add Device.
At that point, if you're prompted to "Enter Serial Number or ID", do the following:
1. On the Genie, scroll up to get the Network/IP Address
2. On the DIRECTV App OSD, select Enter Serial Number or ID.
3. On the DIRECTV App, enter the IP Address.
