Hello @carimina,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Community and bringing this to our attention. While HBO is an awesome source of premium content not being able so use it can be concerning. Dont worry I have some troubleshooting steps I recommend trying to get it resolved.
First is this for DirecTv Now Or DirecTv? Also I recommend if you don't have one to create a login for the DirecTv streaming. You can go to this link HERE and create on and it should allow you to login.

Hello @carimina
Since you're still getting the message I recommend contacting our Digitial Assistance Department at 877-267-2230, they're open from 7:00 am to 1:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 am to 10:00 pm Saturday-Sunday.

Any work around to this??
i just got off the phone with the customer service agent that refuses to understand the problem, thus can’t solve what she doesn’t understand. It’s so frustrating.
