IPad programming guide is for wrong city.

I am a DTV customer from Wilmington, NC who has evacuated to Baltimore, MD. I can watch DTV on my iPad and other mobile devices. However, I had hoped to watch my Wilmington programming, not Baltimore programming.  Access to Wilmington TV stations provides updates on closed highways and streets that are preventing our return home.  Please help.

Hello @lee74c3!

Thank you for reaching back to us! We want you to be able to stream everywhere you go. We suggest that you change your location settings on your device and restart your device.

Good Morning  @lee74c3

We understand that you have been evacuated due to the recent storms at your home location.  Thank goodness your safe and sound.

Now the answer to your problem is very simple.  You are trying to stream DIRECTV.  Now streaming is Geo-location based.  Which means that even though you are using your account to stream, the device streaming, is in a different location then the home services. So you will get content based on where you are at and not where your services are actually located.

When you relocate back to your home, just restart the device you are using and you will be able to stream content for your city.

But how do I stream my home content when I am in another city?
