Mobile phone app

I used to be able view all of of my prescription channels on my phone while away from my home network.  My DVR access also worked but now when I'm at work, my live streaming access just says I'm connected to unknown.  When I first downloaded the app, I had to input my IP address in order to connect while away from home but now I can't.   I can still live stream but not all of my channels nor my DVR to watch recorded shows.   Help!!!👍
