No NBC

I was watching NBC last night & just went to black. This morning it was still not showing. I tried resetting it and still nothing. What should I do?

OK, then it's nothing wrong with your equipment.  There's a problem with that channel's feed to DirecTV and they're working together on a fix.

What NBC station?

What DVR/Receiver models do you have?  Do they all have this problem?

Any on-screen message?

NBC Boston, Model D12-100 & HR24-500.

They all have this problem. No message, just a blank screen

I haven't seen any other posts about an issue with your NBC station.

Your D12 is receiving the SD feed of that station.  Do you have a Slimline HD dish to see if the HR24 can receive either the SD or HiDef feed of that station?

I live in zip code 36572 I do not have NBC back on the air with my Directv yet. When will it be restored?  I have CBS back.  When can I expect a reply ?

Lost channel 9, 20,  and 31 out of Denver, CO last night.  It just went black.  No messages.  Still no channels this morning.

Let's try restoring your missing channels by refreshing your DIRECTV equipment.

 

You can also try troubleshooting your receiver.

 

If this doesn't help, we just need additional information to better assist.

  • Did you receive an error message or error code?
  • What is model number on your receiver?
