playlist alphabetized?

Upon choosing playlist and choosing O the list is not in alphabetical order plus sometime it does not include all of the recorded channels.

We appreciate you taking the time to make sure that we are aware of the issue and want you to know that our engineers are already working toward a resolution!


In the meantime reset your Genie, try changing the playlist sort order (press "0"), and you can select and view those "missing" recordings from the Genie's History Menu.
