"you guys" are just customers like you. We have no idea what station you're talking about. Give us more details. Most likely you'll need to contact your local station to ask what's up with their signal to DirecTV.

You are not Sloth, so Hey you guys! means nothing. And plug a station back into an outlet is just ridiculous. Typing in all bold does not do anything either.

So how about detailing the issue with important information instead?

What actual station are you even complaining about?

If a local channel, what is your zip code and county?

Model of boxes?

Does each box have the issue?

Any other problem channels?

Just a black screen or is there an error message?

Anything happen before the issue started?

This is a public forum. We try to help each other out, but helps when you actually post something worthwhile. Otherwise you call for official support. Though you might want to plug in your thought process before doing so as they are not mind readers either.
