Programs are downloading audio only no video

I have the C61k receiver and downloading to a Samsung 7 phone.When downloading it down loads audio only no video.I all so fail connectivity test 4&5 and have no idea if this is part of the problem but nobody else apparently has connectivity issues.

No video on your Samsung phone?  Or no video on an HDTV connected to your Samsung phone?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the DirecTV App?  Sounds like a phone issue. I've seen no other reports of this problem in this forum.

I've reset the receiver a couple of times.Uninstall ed the app 3-4 times on phone and tablet.It does not do it all the time and to every program.Last week blacklist downloaded just find this week audio only.

I have now uninstall d app on samsung 7 and when I reinstalled it keeps stopping and restarting and then close app.I don't even get to sign in page.
