queue get your act together

A couple weeks ago everything just sat in queue for weeks without downloading yes I reinstalled the app numerous times. Than walla a week ago it works again and I am able to download my shows well 2 days ago the dam app sits in queue again {edited for word filter evasion} is going on.

Usually resetting your main Genie DVR will fix this.  Red button near the access card.

I had to do the reset aswell as uninstall the app and than reinstall. Seems to be working now.
