Signing in on mobile device

When i try to sign in i only get error code 00001. Changed password three time to try resolving. This feature hasn't worked or over a month how do you resolve

We're here to help. We see that you have already tried resetting your DirecTV password, so let's try some other troubleshooting tips to resolve this for you.

  • A common solution is to Delete the Cache and Cookies on your device. It is recommended to refer to your device's manual for information on how to do this.
  • Additionally, you may want to try Uninstalling and Reinstalling the DirecTV App.
