System Error - Identity Manager

System Identity manager error when logging on to DirecTV app or NBCSN site.  What's the fix? I can't use the directtv app on my ipad or iphone and NBCSN won't link up to my directv account to allow me to watch digital only streams.

We are sorry for your inconvenience.  We have a few recommendations that should help:

  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Refresh your service.  It’s a simple process; follow this link to learn more. 
  • Be sure you have registered your account at DIRECTV.com.The app uses the same login and account information as DIRECTV.com.
  • Verify you have the latest software on your device.
  • Red button Reset the GENIE DVR
  • Uninstall and re-install the DTV App
  • This DIRECTV Everywhere article can help you further troubleshoot.
  • This article provides additional information on streaming.

 

If none of the above steps help, please chat with us here to further troubleshoot your issue.  We may need to resynchronize your account.
