System Error - Identy Manager

I am trying to connect to Watch ESPN  through my Roku.  When selecting the app, I am ask for my TV provider which is DIRECTV and then directed to a login/pw site.  I enter my correct login/pw for DIRECTV and get the following error "System Error - Identy Manager".  Does anyboby have an idea of how to fix this?

Please contact a DIRECTV rep over chat and let them know that you're getting this error message. They have the capability to refresh some of the account information that may not have been refreshed to remember that you have access to this channel via your DIRECTV. They may also need to assign temporary password for the mean time but a CSR rep will be able to help.
