Unable to sign into 2nd account on DirecTv app

I have two DirecTv accounts (cabin account and home account) that are linked under one sign in on the AT&T app. When signing into the DirecTv app I'm only able to access the cabin account which has minimal programming. I'm unable to login to my home account on the DirecTv app which has all my DVR recordings and premium channels. How can I access my home account programming?

Hi @LadyoftheLake, thanks for reaching us. 

We know how important it is to watch the specific content we enjoy the most. Let's try the next steps so you can see the programming from your home account. 

When we log into the app, let's click "Watch now", then a pop-up should appear so we can select the account we want to watch in. If this pop-up doesn't appear, let's try the following steps to create a new user ID for one of the accounts.

1. Go to Profile Sign-in info.
2. Select Change your user ID.
3. Check the box to save your ID, if available. 
4. Save the changes.

In this way you will be able to watch all the content from your home account, also here you can check more info on how to change your user ID.
