When attempting to connect to my recorded playlist with the Directv App, the app consistently states error 102 steaming from another device

My Android DirecTV app consistently will not allow me to stream recorded shows and gives the error code 102, streaming from another device, which is not true. No one else is streaming and I have AT&T internet. The connection to all my other apps work perfectly. I’ve cleared my cache and even deleted the app reinstalled, but nothing works.
