Why don't I have the option to record the frontline program?

It would help to know what model number DirecTV box you have.

Regular DirecTV Receivers and DVRs have an access card that looks like a credit card, typically behind a pop-open door on the front panel.  Next the access card is the red reset button.  Some DVRs have this card on the side panel.  And Genie Mini Client boxes don't have an access card since they're slaved to the main Genie DVR.

There is a red button either behind the access card door or on the side.
