Why is it so slow

I was told this is faster than cable but it’s horribly slow can’t even see tv shows available without waiting and waiting and waiting

Model numbers are on the rear/bottom panels, or near the access card.

You can reset the boxes using the red button.  You main Genie DVR reset button is near the access card.

DVR/Receiver model numbers?

Do they all have this problem?

When was your equipment installed? 

When did the problem start?

Have you tried resetting your equipment?

It was installed on the 23rd of October and I’m not sure what ya mean by are they all slow? And where do I find the model number?

It’s been since day 1 and I haven’t found anyone helpful to tell me how to do anything with it so I don’t know how to reset it yet

No. That's your home modem/router.  Need your DirecTV equipment model numbers.
