Watching DIRECTV

I keep getting care code 902 when trying to sign onto DirectTV app using ROKU stick

Before I could just push list and they would all be right there organized so I could choose what I wanted to watch. Now I press List and I get a screen saying All Recordings here but they're not. I cannot delete programs from my directv app playlist. When I press delete, it says program cannot be deleted.
