DirecTV Not Detecting my 4K Projector

I've recently purchased a new ForMovie 4K ultra short-throw projector.  Previously I had an Optoma 4K ultra short-throw projector and it worked great with the DirecTV 4K channels.  After switching to the ForMovie projector, DirecTV says that the projector is not capable of 4K, which is incorrect. I tried hitting the red button on my Genie hoping that would reset everything but it did not.  What do I need to do to get DirecTV to recognize my new project as 4K?
