1 Channel will not record properly (CNN 1202) anyway to get at&t to solve this?

The last 4 days I've had trouble recording.  All the recordings show as if they taped the full hour.  Shows on other channels record just fine and have zero problems.  I even recorded CNN this morning on CNN HLN 1203 where it is simulcast with no problems.

Each weekday morning I set 4 news shows to record on CNN 1202.

@5:00am Early Start with Cristine Romans.--- Will record the first 1 minute-35 minutes then when it hits the bad spot it jumps to end as if they rest didn't record.

@6:00 CNN This Morning ----Will just be black and then go to end immediately and not record at all.

@7:00 CNN This Morning ----Will just be black and then go to end immediately and not record at all.

@8:00 CNN This Morning ----Will just be black and then go to end immediately and not record at all.

Other CNN 1202 shows during afternoon, when I've manually recorded will work until they hit a bad spot and jump forward if live tv or if recording stop recording.

(I haven't non-hd CNN 202 yet,  I'll have to wait till monday to test that).

This sounds like a video head office problem to me?  but is there anyway to notify the correct team at at&t and get them to fix it? or anything else to try?

Thanks for any help.

Unplug all boxes.

Plug the gateway back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the WAP back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the DVR back in and wait for normal operations.

Plug the receivers back in and wait for normal operations.

@baseballisback I forgot to mention I already did all of that each day after it happened.  The problem doesn't seem to be on my end.  Especially when it's only 1 channel.

So it seems the problem has gone away over the weekend and has recorded properly on Monday and today so I'm guessing at&t fixed the problem at the video head end office.
