Problem with fast forwarding

WIthin the past couple of weeks, I have been experiencing an issue when fast forwarding. As a typical example, I am watcing a recorded show (OR a show that is currently recording) and I fast forward say 5 minutes. I will get the clocking icon - then eventually a message that says there was an error

Program may not play if network congested

We have 3 TVs ,2 are samsung that we play direct tv via the sets browser. We have ac3rd Sony that plays via Amazon firestick. I get continual network congestion throughout the night and last nihhtvat 1am on the 2 Samsungs but not on the Sony. Just to add i have att 1 gig internet.

Gemini will not open apps

I got the Gemini to use with my Genie in December. In March it stopped loading or opening apps. It says there is a problem with HBO or that there is no internet connection.
