I use T Mobile wireless 5g internet service and Direct stream thinks I am changing location

Message says: Tuner Activity: Your live TV Tuner was taken by TV Room at 9:53 (uses current time). Shows all other tuners unavailable

When we try to change a channel (either inputting the channel number or making a selection through the 'guide'), we get the above screen message. After giving us the time the tuner was taken, the message says:  To tune to 'channel 6',  press an option below.  To return to 'channel 4'
