4k picture quality horrible on DirecTV Stream

Whenever college football is offered in 4k format the picture quality is horrible -a faded, dim, washed out look with poor color rendering. No amount of tinkering with settings makes any difference.  I have five different smart TV’s from 32” to 65” and brands from TCL to Samsung and LG.

4K stream on DTV app on Apple TV is very disappointing

Neither of my Directv Remote Control(s) works on Bedroom Receiver

Both my DirecTV remotes work fine on the living room receiver, but neither works on my bedroom receiver. Not sure what you call it, but the receiver in the bedroom is the smaller receiver, which I refer to as the child. Any ideas? James

Max app not working with DirecTV stream provider login.

The Max app on my iPad was connected through my DirecTV account. It completely got logged out and now is asking me to create a new account through my streaming provider.  I was told by DirecTV support yesterday that this issue was being worked on.   Is this issue fixed yet?
