Why is C Span 3 only offered in the News Genre mini pack on ch 352? It should be included in the higher price signature packages. DTV says they don’t carry it. But if you search it it shows but says subscribe.

Just bought a new 65" visio TV and my direct TV app just freezes and won't open. All other apps work. Tried power down, tried factory resetting the tv.

When I am watching DirecTV Stream recorded programs and fast forward at the commercials it will start buffering and then restart the program at the beginning. I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app five times now and there has been no change. I have the latest up
