We have a sticks-and-bricks home where we have our DirecTV "Home".  But we travel in our RV and want to use Starlink for Internet access via ROKU and the DirecTV app.  And we never declare our temporary location as our new HOME location.I worry that we might run into an issue with Starlink

i have had issues with the new Directv app since it updated. I am constantly getting buffering, freezing, restarting of programs, Favorite channels not showing up. No volume on recordings. Until this last update I haven't had any of these issues with Directv Stream, I have a Samsung Neo Qled TV.
