I am relatively new to the DirecTV Stream service. Previously using DirecTV Satellite I had an option to Mange recordings. This enabled me to set up recording for a show and adjust the start/stop times. As well as recording the current series it would automatically record when a new season started.

This has happened many times. After multiple resets; which temporarily fix the problem, I Replaced the device. Same problem with new device. Have sound but bright green screen. When I switch away from Gemini and go through the Stream app there's no issues.
