Just bought a new 65" visio TV and my direct TV app just freezes and won't open. All other apps work. Tried power down, tried factory resetting the tv.

Somethings wrong with our DVR. We wanted to watch Philadelphia story and it would only record 30 minutes . Four different recordings were set at different times and all of them were only 30 minutes long and it stops at the same point each time only 30 minutes worth of the movie.

Why is C Span 3 only offered in the News Genre mini pack on ch 352? It should be included in the higher price signature packages. DTV says they don’t carry it. But if you search it it shows but says subscribe.

I recently downloaded the DirecTV app and after the first sign in prompts I am taken to a landing page with sports scores on them and then the app freezes before I can navigate anywhere else.
