My Direct TV remote does everything on my LG TV but will not turn the TV off. I continue to get a No Signal message after trying to turn off the TV and I have to use the LG remote.

DTV requires what they refer to as a jump start. I haven't found anyone that knows anything about it. However, if you'll start out using your remote instead of Alexa & then start using Alexa a lot of your problems will go away. This is a big difference between Firestick & Fire TV
