I received ESPN unlimited a few months ago, activated it and it worked fine up until about a month ago and now I can't access it. It keeps telling me to link my provider, and the link doesn't show anymore in my tv package or account information, probably since it was already activated. How do I fix

How do I tell it NOT to record from multiple channels?? It winds up recording very old shows on channels like Game Show Network!! I selected new and no reruns.

Why is the movie channel not apart of the premium add on package paramount+ with showtime on directv stream?

I have not received activation email for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited bundle since i joined Directv Streaming in November 2025. Nothing under My Tv Package as well. I called them at least 20 times and nothing has helped. I have the My Choice Package and the bundle is listed as included in my plan.
