I changed my contact email over a month ago. However, Directv is still using old email. Seems they will not correct. My profile shows new and correct email.

I’ve read I should change my password if I also have an ATT account, but follow the prompts to do so in the app and it gives me the “something went wrong” error message over and over. How else can I reset my password? I’m about to cancel this service. Error code 201 in the app, can’t change password

I have not received activation email for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited bundle since i joined Directv Streaming in November 2025. Nothing under My Tv Package as well. I called them at least 20 times and nothing has helped. I have the My Choice Package and the bundle is listed as included in my plan.

Anybody else having trouble logging in when they ask you for the one time code and you never get it then you try to email it and it takes so long at times out then you’re locked out for 24 hours because you try too hard.
