Streaming Account

I currently have Peacock Premium through DIRECTV stream.. is it possible to upgrade to Premium plus and get peacock ad free? also there are some programs that are only available to premium plus subscribers.

I can't understand the rep that I called and it took them 10 min just to verify my account, so I hung up. very frustrating. to the point I want to just cancel everything. Is there a US Rep number?

After about 6 months of Directv streaming I suddenly get a tax on on my billing statement of $9.21.  I called Directv and all that could tell me is that it’s a New Jersey tax for service. Can anyone tell me what’s going on here?  Why suddenly after 6 months I am getting this charge?

The app available on my new Samsung smart TV doesn't have the ability to choose a profile. My old tv with a Roku had profiles, as do my phone and tablet apps. Did the profile option not get rolled out to that app??
