Gemini remote
I recently subscribed to Directv streaming and was sent the Gemini remote. I currently have Roku and am happy with it. I am not sure if I am being billed for the Gemini remote. I haven't installed it yet as I don't want to pay any more than I need to. I am an elderly lady living on social security.

NEW USER, CANNOT ACCESS MY DIRECT TV ACCOUNT
First off I couldn't even get to the direct Tv site. I figured out that my VPN setting was the problem, that's not fixed. Now, I cannot access my own direct tv site. It doesn't recognize my username, doesn't like my account number as a way to login.

On demand library complaint and complaint over multiple spam phone calls from you
I don't not like the on demand library when going and choosing movies then going down to bottom of all movie genres and choosing a genre category.
