Disney+ Activaiton

I have not received activation email for Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited bundle since i joined Directv Streaming in November 2025.  Nothing under My Tv Package as well.  I called them at least 20 times and nothing has helped.  I have the My Choice Package and the bundle is listed as included in my plan.  I am currently paying 35.99 for the plan and should get if for free with my Directv subscription.  Any help will be awesome.  I am frustrated. Thank you.
