Streaming Account

I was sent a close dated Visa gift card that I was not able to use. I called DirectTv but they did not want to reach out and help. What would you recommend I do.

How do I create a new account

The Max app on my iPad was connected through my DirecTV account. It completely got logged out and now is asking me to create a new account through my streaming provider. I was told by DirecTV support yesterday that this issue was being worked on. Is this issue fixed yet?

It said it would be credited within two billing cycles. I have no idea why it should take that long, to begin with. It really should be, more or less, instantaneous . . . but nothing can be simple and customer-friendly at DirecTV.
