How do I stop autopay?

I want to edit a post I made earlier, but the 3 dots do not offer the edit option. Am I missing something?

When I started with AT&T internet several years ago I was able to stream after I dropped Uverse. That went on for 2 years and then when they started charging me $15 a month I dropped DirectTV.
