How does one buy a Gemini Air device? What does it cost, to purchase it outright. Is there a monthly usage fee once purchased (i.e. Not leased) if using with DirecTV Stream service.

We have several DTV Streaming boxes in two different homes. All work well except one box: when we hit record, a message pops up that says "Whoops, that program is finished airing and can't be recorded anymore" None of the other boxes give this error - we hit record and it records. Any ideas? Thanks

I have a Gemini Air I got via the beta program with DIRECTV Stream. It will not update its software and it’s on July 2023 security patch. I’ve done factory resets, check for software updates, and nothing. Anyone else with an air have the current software? I don’t like having a non updating device on

Yesterday I had TCM channel 256 as part of my Entertainment Package. Today, when going to Channel 256, it says the channel isn't in my package? Is this a temporary problem or permanent. Were any other Channels removed or added?

Don't have to select any input, just click it. Sound comes on when DirectTV first starts with TV but quickly shows "Home" at top of screen and as soon as it does that, the sound goes out. Hit the input button on remote and it comes back. Tried everything I could find on the internet. TV did not do t

Very disappointed with Gemini. One of the devices wouldn’t connect. Today I learned it doesn’t support PiP, so I can’t watch two NFL games at once. If the phone salesman had informed me of this, I never would have signed up for Gemini. I feel I was misled. I want to revert to my Genie devices. Thank

The sports mix is a good idea, but poorly executed. Let the customer choose which channels to put in the 4 box spread so they have control over their enjoyment.
