Favorites Unavailable.

Two of my streaming boxes (Apple, Shield) no longer display my favorites (says I don't have any). The third tv using a Roku is fine and all my favorites are there. In addition, the sorting function for channels no longer works. Sorting by TV channel or alphabetical does nothing - all channels are displayed in random order (including the Roku box). Finally, when I run Directv Stream on my laptop from Directv's website I also have no favorites and sorting no longer works. What has happened at Directv?????
