How can you pause a program on live tv and then come back to watch it 20 minutes later. It never seems to hold the program. I have never had this issue with other services. We have a Samsung TV with Apple TV. Also, how do you rewind a show quickly.

Why did they change the recording list? It was perfect the way it was, now it is just confusing and overly difficult to find old recordings. This is the most idiotic, unnecessary and nonsensical update to anything I have ever seen in the entirety of my life.

I want to record NBC Nightly News on my local NBC channel 6 at 5:30PM. But Direct TV is refusing to record that, and instead it is recording a program on NBC News Now channel 4004 at 9PM.
