Still can't record new episodes only. Gemini.

I've selected "New episodes", but am inundated by reruns of the show with no "episode #2, etc. so you're not sure if it's even the current season.   This didn't used to be a problem, so it must come from DTV's end.  Can't you undo whatever you changed that started the glitch?  I and many others have complained, yet you've posted no solutions to their or my posts here.
