Customer Service is terrible!

Is the only way to get help from DirecTV is to be on hold for over 2 hours and then to be disconnected? I wrote a long 1 star yelp review. They messaged me to connect to facebook.  I did and they were of no help.  Can't wait for my contract to end. And these people stay in business?

Channels Scrambled & Missing 1/15/25

We stream DIRECTV using Apple TV. When we turned on our TV tonight all of our normal channels were missing and the ones that are there are not in alpha order, which we cannot change. We can't watch any of our normal programming weather it is on Apple TV, computers, or phones.

DirecTV Streaming stopped working on 3 Fire Sticks

Over a year ago we had fiber optic Internet installed and at that time we switched to DirecTV streaming using Fire Sticks on 3 TVs throughout the house. Never had a problem until a few days ago when DirecTV stopped working.  All other apps on the Fire Sticks like Netflix, etc. still work fine.

One TV experiencing "temporary issue playing this content". Two other TVs working fine.
