How Do I Control the Directv Streaming App (installed on my TV) Using My Voice Through Chromecast TV (the dongle)

i have had issues with the new Directv app since it updated. I am constantly getting buffering, freezing, restarting of programs, Favorite channels not showing up. No volume on recordings. Until this last update I haven't had any of these issues with Directv Stream, I have a Samsung Neo Qled TV.

My ISP uses dynamic IP and does not offer static IP. When I signed up for DirecTv Stream, my IP location was correctly showing the city I live in.  My IP recently changed and now the IP location is showing I am in a city a hundreds miles away. As a result, I am now limited to 2 streams because
