Please go into detail about your experience. Have you called customer service during that time to have a repair person out? Please let us know what customer service and/or the repair person said when he or she came to your home.

Hi Dallastexas,

 

I am sorry about all the issues you are having. I am not sure what happened with the internet. When I last spoke with you, we had it up and running. If you could please reply back to the message I have sent, I would definitely be happy to get this fixed for you.
