All channels are locked
Woke up this morning to find all the channels are parental control locked on just one of my TVs. I restarted the DVR, and checked the parental control settings. I have to enter my Parental Control pass code for every channel to unlock each channel. I've gone into settings and selected "Unlock All" but the channels still remain locked. What's the solution?

Parental controls are unique to each receiver and the dvr. So you need you fix the parental control settings on the receiver or dvr the tv is connected to. So if your parental control settings problem wasn't on the tv connected to the dvr then changing the dvr's parental control settings won't fix the problem.
