Anyone else experiencing frequent outages and pixelating on Braves channel during games????

Entire channel goes down frequently, with rebooting equipment message, etc., only to come back after going to any other channel, all of which work fine.

When the drops occur what color are the lights on your gateway? If you see any of the lights blinking or red, let us know, so we can investigate further.

 

We recommend our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool as it is like connecting directly to a tech support agent! This may help resolve any service interruptions you may be experiencing.

 

Here are the steps for troubleshooting:

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.   
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.   
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.   
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.   
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.
