At least once a month shutdown

Ever since I moved and installed newer AT&T device, I need to spend 20 min or more to unplug everything and re-boot in order to watch TV.  Most of the time need to unplug and plug all at least twice in order to reboot to watch TV. Is this normal for everyone?  I never had this issue with my previous AT&T system.

Definitely not normal. I suggest calling Technical Support so they can run a line test.
