AT&T BUYING DIRECTV

Is At&t sending Directv over U-verse? A lot of times picture breaks up just like when I had Directv a long time ago. U-verse was great before Directv came to at&t. Now get a lot of lost signal on my U-verse. I saw a thing saying that at&t was going to mess up U-verse to drive customers to getting Directv. I hope, they would not do that. Is At&t going to update U-verse so you could have more than three tv's on HD at the same time?
