AT&T In Home Validation - Remove 'Don't tell me again' checkbox

Hi,

I've attempted to clear my browser's cache and cookies already to no avail (for whatever reason) but when I'm trying to go through your federation with this page to partner's such as AMC and BBCAmerica they simply seem to fail and return to the "click here for the provider list". I run Chrome (and other browsers) in the incognito/information hide mode and it appears to work this way one time, but doesn't save the cache.

What can I do to remove this setting permanently?
